IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THE TOTAL WORKFORCE UNDER YOUR CONTROL AND FOR WHOM YOU HAVE A LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY UNDER THE TERMS OF THE HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK ACT ARE INCLUDED. If your total workforce is 9 or less, you will only be eligible for our BASIC ‘membership’ which does not include site visits.

NOTE: If we do not receive this return by the due date we will assess your workforce levels based on levels contained on-site reports from the past 6 months and this figure will be used to calculate your subscription.
