First Aid At Work Re-Qualification (2 day)

This course enables the student to refresh the First Aid at Work Certificate.

Some of the topics covered are

  • Incident management

  • Casualty management

  • Recovery position

  • Resuscitation

  • Airway blockages and disorders

  • Shock

  • Heart Conditions

  • Bleeding

  • Bandaging and slings

  • Fractures, dislocations and strains

  • Head injuries

  • Poisons

  • Burns

  • Extremes of heat and cold

  • All in accordance with the current First Aid Manual and HSE requirements.
